About 80 percent of adults experience low back pain at some point in their lifetime. New online and mobile tools offered by Anthem Blue Cross and OptumRx make it easier to manage your health, make smarter decisions, and get the care you need on your own schedule. In the coming weeks, UC employees and retirees will receive forms verifying their health coverage for 2016 – a requirement of the Affordable Care Act. UC employees who are considered full time by ACA standards (those who work 75 percent time or more) will receive Form 1095-C from UC. Members of UC’s self-insured plans – Core and UC Care – also will receive Form 1095-B from UC. Members of UC’s insured plans – Health Net, Kaiser and UC Health Savings Plan – will receive Form 1095-B from their plan.
