In addition to the free access to Bright Horizons Care Advantage and its Sittercity database of childcare resources that most UC faculty and staff have, you can visit the Family Matters Resource Room to get valuable information for parents and caregivers. Whether you need full-time care or back-up care in an emergency, you may be able to find the help you need with Sittercity. UC provides employees with free access to the tool, which may be used to make arrangements for care and payment.
If you were enrolled in UC’s flexible spending accounts in 2016, you have until Saturday, April 15, to submit your reimbursement claim forms for eligible expenses incurred during the period of Jan. 1, 2016, through Dec. 31, 2016, for the Health FSA, or Jan. 1, 2016, through March 15, 2017, for the DepCare account. You must submit documentation when you file your claims. This includes any receipts or evidence of benefits statements that might be required to validate purchases made with your CONEXIS benefit card. All claims and supporting documents must be sent to CONEXIS for processing and be faxed or postmarked by the April 15 deadline. You may also upload your claims and documentation directly on the CONEXIS website.
