Join your coworkers for “Eating Right vs. Dieting,” the next installment of Health & Fitness Fridays taking place noon-1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 17, in the ARC Kitchen/Classroom. Diets are marketed as ways to lose weight quickly, but what they don’t often advertise is that maintaining the diet is just as difficult as starting one. There are much healthier ways to manage eating right. Rather than following the next fad diet, join Dr. Lincoln Tom to learn tips and tricks for integrating healthy change into your lifestyle for long-lasting results. Lunch and admission to the ARC are included with registration. To RSVP, visit the UC Learning Center website and search “Health Fridays.”
